BRANDON W. BARNETT
Mr. Barnett is a trial attorney and founding partner of Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC. Prior to joining forces with other Fort Worth criminal and personal injury attorneys, he served for seven years as an active-duty U.S. Marine judge advocate. As a Marine, he served as a trial lawyer, handling a broad range of cases involving assault, drug offenses, fraud, larceny, possession of child pornography, sexual assault, rape, and more. Mr. Barnett also deployed to Iraq where he served with the Third Marine Aircraft Wing as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate and now continues to serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve. At BHW, Mr. Barnett is exclusively focused on representing individuals in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas in criminal and injury cases. JASON H. HOWARD
Jason Howard is a DWI defense attorney and personal injury lawyer in Fort Worth, Texas. Before founding Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC, Mr. Howard devoted more than five years to the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and was a felony chief prosecutor. Mr. Howard was involved in every facet of Texas criminal law, but his primary role was as a trial attorney. Mr. Howard has the knowledge and experience to expertly present any case to a Texas jury. He devotes his practice to Texas criminal and personal injury law and has achieved noteworthy success representing individuals and families in Tarrant County. LUKE A. WILLIAMS
Mr. Williams is a founding partner of Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC, a team of Fort Worth trial attorneys. Mr. Williams devotes his practice to personal injury and criminal defense cases in Fort Worth, Denton, and surrounding areas. Prior to starting the law firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office as well as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Plano, Texas. Mr. Williams has tried a wide variety of cases, ranging from a simple traffic tickets to Capital Murder and everything in between. Mr. Williams is a kind and compassionate advocate, who goes above and beyond to help his clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. JESSE J. LOTSPEICH
Jesse Lotspeich is a partner and the director of the Personal Injury branch of Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC. Jesse joined the law firm in 2018, after spending 12 years practicing Personal Injury law with the Law Office of James Stanley. Jesse brings a wealth of personal injury experience in a wide variety of accident cases. He is a kind and compassionate advocate for those that have been injured by the negligence of others. LAURA B. ALEXANDER
Laura Alexander is a partner and manages the Family Law practice at Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC. Laura came to BHW from a prestigious Fort Worth family law firm where she gained family law experience handling all facets of the family law court system, including divorce, child custody, child support, modification, and more. ASHLEY S. GILMORE
Ashley Gilmore is a criminal defense lawyer and is Of Counsel with Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC. Ashley came to BHW from the Tarrant County District Attorneys Office where she gained criminal trial experience as a felony and misdemeanor prosecutor. During her time as a prosecutor, Mrs. Gilmore tried a variety a criminal cases, including DWI, theft crimes, drug crimes, and assaultive offenses. Ashley has considerable experience with Tarrant County juries, spending several months as a grand jury attorney, presenting cases each week to a Tarrant County grand jury. Ashley’s familiarity with Tarrant County is a great asset for her clients.
CAMI GILDNER
Cami Gildner is Of Counsel with Barnett Howard & Williams PLLC. Cami teamed up with BHW after spending nearly a decade as a prosecutor with the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and the Denton County District Attorney’s Office. She has tried over 120 jury trials in both felony and misdemeanor courtrooms. She has extensive knowledge of how criminal cases are investigated by law enforcement and how they are prosecuted by the State.
